Send us an email on support@okuhledigital.co.za with your linked* email account
Once you have sent this email you will get a response with your Ticket ID and the subject line of your enquiry.
You can also access your support tickets from ClientSpace by clicking “Support >> Tickets”
Your ticket will be updated with any interaction that you have with us on the platform and each correspondence will be followed by an email confirming the interaction.
*Your linked email account is the email address that you used to register an account on Okuhle Digital. If you use any other email address you will get an error message.
