Dear Client,
We are writing to inform you of an upcoming change to Okuhle Digital’s domain parking service.
Each parked domain is assigned a cPanel account, which provides access to tools such as Zone Editor for managing DNS records. These accounts form part of our billable cPanel licence allocation and also require server resources, maintenance and ongoing technical support.
Okuhle Digital has absorbed these costs for some time. However, as our client base and infrastructure requirements continue to grow, we can no longer sustainably provide this service at no charge.
Effective 1 November 2026, each existing parked domain will be charged R50 per month. For all new domain registrations and domain transfers, the R50 monthly parking fee takes effect immediately.
The package will include:

500 MB of storage;

cPanel access;
-
Email hosting;
-
DNS Zone Editor access;
-
DNS hosting on Okuhle Digital’s nameservers; and

A basic domain holding environment.
This change will not affect clients who already have an active web-hosting package with Okuhle Digital, as the relevant cPanel and hosting services are already included in their package.
We appreciate your continued support and understanding as we make this change to ensure that Okuhle Digital can continue providing reliable infrastructure and technical support.
