Free Web Design Promotion Terms & Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions are applicable for the Okuhle Digital Free Web Design Promotion.

1. Domain and Website Hosting must be with Okuhle Digital on www.okuhledigital.co.za for the full period.
2. The package selected for hosting should be Uranus or higher meaning, signing up for any hosting package above R120 per month is what qualifies a Customer to participate in the Free Website Design and Development. For detailed package information please see our Shared Hosting plans.
3. The Minimum subscription period is thirty three (33) months. During this period no downgrades on package can be done and the domain should not be transferred to a different provider until the 33-month period lapses.
4. Should the package be downgraded or the domain moved to a different provider  during this 33-month period – a website related development fee of R4,500.00 will become due and payable. The amount due  on that date will be  prorated to remaining term of the 33-month period.
5. In the event of a downgrade or cancellation, Okuhle Digital reserves the right to withhold domain transfer to a new provider until such a time as all outstanding development costs are settled by the Customer.
6. This promotion applies to websites that are covered under the Orion package which, in simple terms, refers to a Static 4 page website with no dynamic or eCommerce features. 
7. This promotion does not apply to e-Commerce websites (Draco Package) or dynamic websites (Lyra Package) as described on our Website Development page.
8. Okuhle Digital reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time based on prevailing business requirements.
9. Once the website development is completed with the Customer confirming said completion in writing, any additional amendments or changes will be subject to normal prices under our Website Maintenance packages.
10. Customers are still bound by our Acceptable Use Policy and other Terms and Conditions of Service as outlined on our website.
