The following Terms and Conditions apply to the Okuhle Digital Heritage Day Website Development Promotion.
Promotion Eligibility – This promotion is available to qualifying Okuhle Digital customers with a domain registered, transferred, parked or otherwise managed through Okuhle Digital.
Promotion Period – The promotion is available for a limited period and will close at 23:59 on Friday, 25 September 2026, unless all available promotional slots are taken before the closing date.
Limited Availability – A maximum of forty (40) website development sign-ups will be accepted under this promotion. Once all 40 promotional slots have been allocated, no further applications or orders will be accepted under the promotion, regardless of whether the advertised closing date has been reached.
Once-Off Promotion – This is a once-off website development promotion. Participation does not require the Customer to subscribe to a particular Okuhle Digital hosting package for a minimum contractual period.
Website Scope – The promotion covers the design and development of a static business website consisting of a maximum of five (5) pages.
The final website structure will depend on the information supplied by the Customer but may, for example, include pages such as:
Home;
About Us;
Services;
Gallery or Portfolio; and
Contact Us.
Static Website Limitation – Websites developed under this promotion are intended to provide standard informational or marketing content for a business or organisation. The promotion does not include advanced dynamic functionality, custom web applications or functionality requiring specialised development.
E-Commerce Excluded
E-commerce websites are expressly excluded from this promotion.
The promotional package does not include functionality such as:
online stores;
shopping carts;
online checkout;
product ordering systems;
payment gateway integration;
online payment processing; or
other e-commerce or transactional functionality.
Customers requiring e-commerce functionality will need to obtain a separate quotation or select an appropriate Okuhle Digital website development package.
Additional Functionality – Any functionality, pages, integrations or development work requested by the Customer that falls outside the promotional package may be quoted separately at Okuhle Digital’s prevailing rates.
Customer Content and Information – The Customer is responsible for providing the information reasonably required for development of the website, including applicable business information, contact details, services, logos, photographs, branding material and other website content.
Delays in supplying the required information may result in delays to the website development process.
Content Responsibility – The Customer is responsible for ensuring that all text, images, logos, trademarks and other material supplied to Okuhle Digital for use on the website may lawfully be used and does not infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any third party.
Website Development Completion – Okuhle Digital will develop the website based on the agreed scope and the information supplied by the Customer.
Once the Customer has reviewed the completed website and confirmed its completion or approval in writing, the website development project will be regarded as completed.
Changes After Completion – Once the website has been completed and approved by the Customer, any subsequent amendments, additions, redesigns or content changes will fall outside the promotional development package and may be charged at Okuhle Digital’s normal website maintenance or development rates.
Changes Outside the Promotional Scope – Requests that materially alter the original website requirements, including additional pages or functionality beyond the five-page static website included in the promotion, may be treated as additional development work and quoted separately.
Promotional Slots – Promotional availability is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Submission of an enquiry alone does not guarantee participation in the promotion. A promotional slot is secured once the applicable promotional order has been successfully placed and accepted by Okuhle Digital.
One Promotion Per Website/Domain – Unless otherwise approved by Okuhle Digital, each promotional order applies to the development of one website for one qualifying domain.
No Exchange for Alternative Services – The promotional website development offering may not be exchanged for cash, account credit or alternative Okuhle Digital products or services.
Right to Decline Out-of-Scope Projects – Okuhle Digital reserves the right to decline a website project under this promotion where the requested website falls outside the defined scope of a five-page static website or requires functionality that cannot reasonably be accommodated under the promotional package.
Promotion Availability – Okuhle Digital reserves the right to close or withdraw the promotion once the allocated promotional capacity has been reached or where operational or business circumstances reasonably require the promotion to be discontinued.
General Terms and Conditions – Customers participating in this promotion remain bound by Okuhle Digital’s Acceptable Use Policy, Terms and Conditions of Service, and any other applicable policies published on the Okuhle Digital website.
Acceptance of Promotional Terms – By ordering the Heritage Day Website Development promotional package, the Customer confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
