Tickets cannot be created by emailing support@okuhledigital.co.za. Going forward, tickets can only be created by logging into ClientSpace and opening a ticket from there. You can still send an email to support@okuhledigital.co.za for help and we will reply, this will be handled as an email with no ticket ID.

We are happy to announce that we will now be using our own name servers instead of using 3rd party name servers. This means we’re improving our service offering. Within the weeks to come, you’ll get an email confirming that your domains name server have changed. This change will not affect your services in any way.

We’ll always keep you informed about any important updates about your Okuhle Digital Account.
