Okuhle Digital’s relationship with the ZA Registry Consortium (ZARC) enables us to provide South African businesses with a more accessible and supported way to manage their .co.za domains.

Supporting the transition from registration to active use

Registering a domain through CIPC gives a business its digital address, but a domain still requires active management before it can be used for services such as a website, professional email or Domain Name System (DNS) configuration.

By transferring the management of a CIPC-registered domain to Okuhle Digital, the business retains ownership of the domain while gaining access to registrar services, technical support and additional digital solutions.

The transfer does not mean that Okuhle Digital becomes the owner of the domain. It simply authorises us to manage the domain on behalf of its registrant within the ZARC domain-management environment.

How to settle Invoices in your ClientSpace Profile

So you want to settle your invoice and don’t know how? The following is a step by step guide in doing so.

First you’ll need to log on to client space by clicking on the client space button on top right of the page

On this page you need to log in using your client space details, which we  sent you via email when you signed up with us, it would would be one of the 1st few emails you received from us just after signing up.

After logging on your ClientSpace profile, on the main section of the page look for “Overdue Invoices” and click on “Pay Now”

On the Mass Payment page, select a payment method and click on the “Make payment” button.

After reviewing your invoice select “Pay Now” .

Select the applicable credit card/payment option by clicking on it.

You will be prompted for more information based on the payment option you selected.

 If you selected Credit & Cheque card, Input your banking details on the provided fields then click on the “Pay” button.

If you selected Instant EFT Select the bank of choice, login using your online banking details and pay.

If you selected Masterpass, scan the barcode in your Masterpass App to complete your payment or open it in the app. 

If you selected Zapper, scan the barcode in your Zapper App to complete your payment or open it in the app.
