Resetting your email password

To reset the password on you email accounts please follow the prompts below:

  1. Login to your ClientSpace Account
  2. Click on “Services
  3. Under the status column under “My products and services” click on “Log in to cPanel
  4. Under “Quick Shortcuts” click on “Email Accounts” – this will directly link you to your cPanel Email Accounts area
  5. Navigate to the email account “account@domain.com” and click on “Manage
  6. Type in the new password you want to associate with the email account.
  7. Click “Update Email Settings” to save your changes.
